CENTERPIECE HOME IN EXPO HALL

Davis Homes, a locally/family-owned builder, is currently building in more than 20 Davis communities and custom communities in Marion County, along with building On Your Lot Custom Homes throughout Central Indiana. The Centerpiece Home interior is designed by Greg Riley from Model Home Interiors. A building industry leader with 40 years of model merchandising throughout the country, Greg has partnered with Model Home Interiors for 30 years. Landscaping comes courtesy of JMT Landscape Group in Greenwood.

Unsellable Houses 

Real estate mavens, design visionaries, business owners, HGTV stars and twin sisters Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb are known for transforming one tough-to-sell home after another. After building PNW-based Lamb & Co., into a successful, full-service real estate and home design company, word of the twins’ talent and exuberant characters spread around the entertainment industry. Leslie and Lyndsay soon landed the incredible opportunity to have their own HGTV show – Unsellable Houses! The sisters’ talent for helping homeowners sell their lifeless, “unsellable” homes shone brightly on the big screen, helping them quickly become go-to experts for homeowners, designers and DIYers around the nation.

Jeff Devlin

With over 20 years in the professional carpentry business, Jeff’s passion and dedication, along with his natural ability to entertain those around him with humor, honesty and a smile, led him to the world of television. Jeff has many years and numerous shows under his belt for HGTV, DIY Network & Magnolia Network - including I Hate My Bath, Ellen’s Design Challenge, In With the Old, Stone House Revival and many others totaling well over 200 episodes. At the end of the day Jeff still remains grounded and passionate about character, integrity and quality.

A versatile expert in interior design, real estate and fashion, Nina Klemm merges her expertise to create stunning designs through her brand, Sleek by Nina K. Former star on Bravo’s “Flipping Exes,” flipping properties in and around Carmel, Nina moved into the interior design industry with Sleek by Nina K. She focuses on everything from staging and styling homes to transforming home layouts and designing new builds. Nina is showing off the latest trends for interior design and home décor in a custom designer room from her brand, Sleek by Nina K. Come check it out in Expo Hall.

St. Elmo's Tastings

Delight your taste buds with delicious beverages from St. Elmo's. They will be sampling their Cosmopolitan and Espresso Martinis on Sunday, Jan. 21 and Saturday Jan, 27 from 1-3 p.m. at Urick Concessions in aisle 300, south end of West Pavilion. Plus, don't miss tasty charcuterie to go along with your drink of choice, and in addition there will be a full bar available if you fancy something else!

Funky Junk Dumpsters is a boutique residential dumpster company serving the greater Indianapolis area. Our unique, compact design and driveway friendly delivery system gives homeowners the peace of mind they need when decluttering or tackling that home improvement project. Our passion is to give you a five-star experience, earning your business with every dumpster rental. From project concept to completion, we’ll help you take out the trash. Located in Expo Hall. 

The Marketplace

At the Marketplace, Home Show attendees can find everything from affordable furniture to unique knick knacks you won’t see anywhere else! Amy's Creations along with several local furniture artisans from The Artisan Markets bring a boutique shopping experience with curated home décor and gift items. Plus, they’ll be on stage to show you creative ways to take your next step in home décor.        

Sip, Sip, Hooray!

The Wine Bar by Booher Remodeling and PRP Wine International is the place to relax and wine down. Featuring an open concept in the West Pavilion, the Wine Bar has a variety of wines for Home Show attendees to treat their taste buds.
