This year’s Centerpiece Home brings a dazzling mix of luxury and hominess, as Fischer Homes showcases its Crestview American Heritage design, part of its Grand Estates Custom Collection. The impressive structure is built entirely inside Exposition Hall at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

A two-story layout with a basement, the Crestview boasts nearly 3,000 square feet on the main floor and more than 1,400 on the second floor, for a total of 4,370 square feet. This includes four bedrooms and 3½ baths.

The main floor features lavish entertaining spaces including a gourmet kitchen with a spacious island, a cozy hearth room and a soaring two-story family room with a massive fireplace and ceiling beams.

The master suite is also on the first floor this year, and it includes its own floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, light-filled sitting area and a spa-like bath with an oversized shower, freestanding bathtub and dramatic vaulted ceiling.

Upstairs includes spacious secondary bedrooms with large walk-in closets, a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a loft providing additional flexible space for living and play.
Also, in a break from years past, the Crestview includes a heartwarming nursery with precious designs to melt every heart.

Gorgeous interior designs for the Centerpiece Home are supplied by Joy Perkins of TOB Design Firm, and Calvin Landscape of Indianapolis creates the eye-popping exterior landscape.

The Centerpiece Home is located in Exposition Hall at the 2018 Indianapolis Home Show.
