This year’s Centerpiece Home built by Davis Homes aims to attract multiple generations with its bohemian chic interior design style and Flex Suite geared toward grandparents, college-age children, nannies or used as a guest suite.

Shelby Rouse of Luxe Home Interiors infuses the Prairie-style house with modern yet bohemian décor that makes it a beautiful, comfortable home. “My inspiration for this home is the Sophisticated Bohemian Chic design currently trending across the country,” she said. “I am drawn by the weighted earthy textures and eclectic feel from the blending of old and new. The design features a simplistic, clean look that is so dominant in this trend.”

 

Thanks to Calvin Landscape, the outside of the home is just as beautiful, spacious and inviting.

The backyard boasts a bevy of water features, including a luxurious hot tub with a waterfall cascading into it as well as a pool surrounded by fire bowls overflowing with water. Behind the pool is an outdoor kitchen covered by a cedar pergola. While these features will fill attendees with inspiration for summer parties, the fire pit will warm them up this winter.
